Cigar Lake - Multiple Crews

 The Cigar Lake Mine is a large high-grade underground uranium mine, located in the uranium-rich Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan, Canada, 


Camp Job (Alcohol Prohibited) - fly in/fly out.


CONTRACTOR:  Tron Construction, (Cameco Mine Site)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Tray and cable installation and electrical, equipment installation, working at heights, glanding, terminations, testing, snow shoveling.  Immediate work area, fabricate support material, lifting and carrying, installation of non-process equipment. 


START DATE CREW A: March 6, 2026

START DATE CREW B: March 20, 2026

Shift: 11 hours / day: 6:30 am to 6 pm 

Rotation: 2 weeks in/2 weeks out 

Contract: Industrial Collective Bargaining Agreement (North of 56th parallel) 

Duration: 2 weeks+ (estimated 4 months+)


EACH CREW REQUIRES:   3 Journeymen + 1 Foreman 

*Total of 8 positions


SITE INFO & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Fall Protection
  • MEWP
  • SCOT
  • Rights & Responsibilities
  • LSE for Supervisor (to be  provided by the Contractor)
  • Valid SK JM License or SATCC Apprenticeship Card
  • Clear pre-access drug & alcohol test
  • Completion of online IS-Net training (8 hrs. paid once on site)


Other Notes: 

  • Bring winter gear and recommend indoor footwear for camp or gym. 
  • Bring a personal towel & toiletries - bedding is provided
  • There is a commissary with limited items, bring any medication / personal items that you may need.
  • Flights itinerary will be provided by Contractor after dispatch 
  • Flight hubs in Saskatoon & Prince Albert
