***NOTE THIS CALL IS POSTED IN TANDEM WITH 2038 IN EFFORT TO FILL QUICKLY; THEREFORE, PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO 2038 MEMBERS FIRST, THEN 529*** 

Location: Bell Data   Center - Intersection of Range Road 2194 (Park Street) and Old Road 16 (5th   Base Line) - RM of Sherwood - South East of Sask Poly Wascana
 

 Type of Work: Industrial - Duration: 3 Weeks +
 

 Shift Schedule: 14 on 7 off - or 5x10s - Hours of Work: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm -   2 x 1/2hr paid breaks -
 

 NOTE: 14/7 is a Blended rate total package at 1.2x CBA for all hours worked   Mon-Sun - 5x10s is full Industrial Package under the CBA
 

 As travelers are required they will only eligible for the 14/7 shift. Local   members are eligible to select either the 14/7 or 5x10s shift.
 

 Pre-Access A&D: No - Local Workforce Incentive - $170/days worked for all   employees residing less than 100kms from site - Travel: Daily kms - No -   Temporary Accommodation Program (TAP) - $170/days worked for employees   residing more than 100kms from site. Employer provided lodging may be   available with a reduced TAP of $60/days worked.
 

 Additional Information: Jry License/Apprentice Y-Card(& Total Trade Hrs),   SCOT and R&R are required before dispatch. Additional on-boarding   instructions will be sent to the successful bidders from LML.
 

 Local Workforce Incentive program: Local employees who reside within the   designated local residency zone shall receive a Local Workforce Incentive   allowance payment. The allowance payment is set at $170 per full day worked.
 

 Retention Program: In addition to the wages paid to each employee, providing   that the individual employee works all their scheduled hours in a month, they   shall receive a monthly retention allowance of two thousand ($2,000) dollars   per month paid in the following month.
 

 Leaves of absence, approved by an authorized management representative, in   the month shall not be grounds for disentitlement to the monthly allowance.
 

 Successful bidders will be contacted by 2038 after the call closes to begin   onboarding.
