REPORT TO: Barrett Eberle

AGREEMENT: Jansen PLA Agreement - not Saskatchewan CBA

START DATE:  January 13 in Camp, January 14 Orientation on site

CALL DURATION: 8-12 days - SHORT TERM

SHIFT: 10 hour days 

CAMP PROVIDED

WORKING HOURS: 700am to 530pm

LOA/Travel: 

• Bussing from Saskatoon, personal transportation may be an option

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  Work is outside and building will not be heated. Install cables, panels, transformers, lighting and receptacles in new fire truck building, trailer breezeway and trailers.

COMMENTS:

• 10 panel lab test D&A lab test required - will be coordinated by contractor.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: 

• Fall Protection, 
• SCOT, 
• R&R, 
• Valid SK Journeyman License
• QEW

REQUIRED:  2 Journeyperson

START DATE:  January 20 Fly Day

CALL DURATION:7 days (+ or -  2) - SHORT TERM

SHIFT: 10 hour days

CAMP PROVIDED

WORKING HOURS: 700am to 500pm

LOA/Travel: 

• Flights from Saskatoon or PA

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  Install cables. Field tray, Junction boxes and terminations. Setting is in brownfield setting in existing plant. 3 sump pumps, Bring warm clothes as workers will have to walk from trailer to work site (5 minute walk).

COMMENTS:

• 9 panel lab test D&A lab test required - will be coordinated by contractor.
• Tools TBD as of yet for drop off or have sent in request to take on the plane.
